The same codes are returned through App2App, the Local PayServer and the Cloud POS Connector.

These codes give more detail about where a failure happened, for example in the SDK, in activation or at the acquirer host.

ERR_APP_ACTIVATION_FAILS | -602 | The activation request is denied by the TMS |
ERR_APP_TMS_PROVISION_FAILS | -604 | This happens when the application cannot properly download the parameters from TMS to set in system |
ERR_APP_ENV_INSECURE_SETUP | -605 | The application or its running environment is marked as insecure due to security detections |
ERR_APP_INSECURE_STATE | -606 | The application or its running environment is marked as insecure due to security detections |
ERR_APP_NETWORK_UNREACHABLE | -607 | The application cannot connect with the remote network. Merchant needs to check the network configuration |
ERR_APP_NETWORK_TIMEOUT | -608 | The application is waiting for a response from remote and gets a timeout |
ERR_TXN_CARD_TAPPING_OR_INSERT_FAILS | -609 | The application fails to catch the card tapping. This may happen when the user taps too fast |
ERR_TXN_CARD_NOT_SUPPORTED | -610 | This happens when the EMV process fails to verify the card |
ERR_TXN_EMV_NOT_SUPPORTED | -611 | Returns when the EMV setting on the application does not support completing the card interaction process |
ERR_TXN_EMV_PRE_PROCESSING_FAILS | -612 | Error happens when the application prepares the transaction request to be sent to the remote payment system |
ERR_TXN_ONLINE_INVALID_AUTH | -613 | MineSec Payment pre-processing system rejected to process the transaction request sent from the application |
ERR_TXN_ONLINE_DUPLICATED | -614 | The transaction was a duplicated request. The payment pre-processing system rejected to process it and provided a previous transaction result |
ERR_TXN_ONLINE_NO_ORIGIN | -615 | The original transaction linked to this operation doesn't exist. This happens when a void/refund or auth-completion operation is triggered |
ERR_TXN_ONLINE_PROC_FAILS | -616 | MineSec processing of the transaction failed before sending to the authorization system |
ERR_TXN_ONLINE_MIS_CONFIGURATION | -617 | MineSec payment pre-processing system cannot route the transaction request to the correct host system due to missing or erroneous configuration |
